How We Work

We offer a comprehensive set of services from the first quote to final installation and after-sale care. Our experts can perform an initial onsite survey and asses your site or property's lightning protection or earthing requirements . Based on this survey, our engineers can devise a complete lightning protection and earthing package in accordance with your individual needs. Upon completion of the design and installation procedure, we provide you with comprehensive log books and CAD drawings for future reference.

As specified in BS EN 62305:2011 and the superseded BS6651:1999, it is a requirement to carry out annual testing and maintenance checks in accordance with the standard the systems are installed against. Our experienced engineers visit each site and perform thorough testing existing systems to ensure that they are functioning flawlessly.

History

Lightning Protection & Earthing Specialists Ltd was formed by Robert Hurst in 1994 having worked in the industry for over 30 years for A.W Elliott & Co Limited and W.J. Furse. His experience of the industry is vast, having undertaken roles in engineering and management, he has also been involved in many high profile projects throughout the United Kingdom and Europe. Soon after forming the company he was joined by his son Wayne and for over 20 years they have enjoyed great success working together.
